Description

234 sheets dating from between 1925 and 1998. The earliest drawings are floor and roof plans and a cross section from between 1925 and 1928. There are some copies of deed plans from 1951, followed by a large number of sheets relating to restoration work carried out between 1952 and 1958, including drawings of the tower as existing in 1953, the staircase tower parapet, the stairs and cupola. There are also stonework profiles, works schedules, rubbings of inscriptions, proposals for a new inscription, electrical installation drawings, a photogrammetric survey, and general drawings of stairs, rainwater pipes, roof trusses and leads, floor timbers and scaffolding.

From 1965 and 1966 there are several drawings showing the layout of the museum and its showcases. The 1970s are represented by a fire door proposal from 1973.

Included from the 1980s are electrical installation drawings from 1984, entablature elevations from between 1988 and 1989, and a photogrammetric survey from 1989.

The most recent sheets are from the 1990s, and include drawings of lighting and fire alarm systems from 1991 and 1992, floor plans from 1993, block plans, and a sheet of drawings of the gallery from 1998.
