A single bronze medal awarded to Bedford Lemere & Co.
Bedford Lemere & Co. won medals at several international exhibitions, including those held in London, Paris, Philadelphia and Vienna during the 1860s and 1870s. This second prize medal was awarded by the Sydney International Exhibition of 1879. On the front is an image of the exhibition pavilion, designed by James Barnet.
Inscribed on the reverse is: ‘B. LEMERE & Co. SECOND AWARD’
